This machine is particularly suitable for
cutting: vegetables (whole peppers and in
strips, in semi-conserve or blanched, sliced
aubergines, blanched mushrooms), fish
(squid, calamari also in rings, cuttlefish
and octopus)

- The cutter is entirely made in AISI 304
stainless steel, the comb in light anodized
alloy and the feeding roller in food-grade
plastic material.
- All parts can be inspected; the conveyor
belt is extremely easy to remove to ensure
thorough cleaning after the work cycle.
